Digital Customer Success Internship Principal Accountabilities
Provide digital platform support and training throughout the whole pre- and post-sale customer success cycle for customers and internal teams
Perform administrative tasks of digital customer success team
Capturing and data management
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
Relevant degree or diploma in ICT/Digital solutions/Education
Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)/ Digital experience and ability to learn new digital programmes with ease
Customer service experience
Good written and verbal skills in English
South African citizen
Access to reliable transport
