Wurth South Africa (Pty) Ltd has an exciting opportunity in our Training department. We are looking for talented individuals for our Internship Programme. The duration of the Internship is 12 months.

The successful intern will be expected to successfully complete the programme (100% attendance).

•AA candidates (African, Indian and Coloured) aged between 18-35

•Matric or equivalent

•Completed tertiary Qualification in Business Administration and/or N6Certificate/Diploma

•Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

•High level of commitment and willingness to learn

• Clear Criminal Record.

• Clear Credit History.


•Training Material:

•Ensure timely delivery of training materials (including catalogues and company Policies and Procedures

•Develop and maintain training materials and curriculum by continuously evaluating and updating materials with any new requirements and changes.

•Create training materials and presentations of induction and Product Sales in alignment with QCTO requirements


•Coordinate all Training and Development activities within the Training Department

•Maintain Learning management training by tracking processes, entering data, tracking completion and processing communication and certification to recipients and respective management

•Send email reminders and correspondence to employees booked for training

•Update and maintain the Company’s intranet


•Capture skills development data and procurement data into BEE123 system

•Consistently check and update the QMS (quality management system)

•Ensure that training reports from external training providers are obtained and analysed

•Maintain all employee’s digital business cards

•Order name badges as and when required

•Ensure that attendance registers are always completed and filed

•Ensure that attendees complete post training evaluation reports

•Submit invoices to WRSETA on time

•Will be required to perform HR adhoc tasks


•Possess organizational, efficiency, and good interpersonal skills.

•Critical thinker who is able to plan, synchronize, and execute complex undertakings with a diverse set of individuals in different roles

•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

•Accurate and swift data capturing skills

•Excellent presentation skills (especially with Microsoft PowerPoint)

Work Experience:

•An understanding of the current South African Higher Education regulatory framework and its impact on higher education and private colleges

•Understanding of WRSETA
