To provide clerical and administration support to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Job Functions Administration

•Provide general administrative support
•Provide support in connection with the preparation of documents.
•Handle general inquiries appropriately.
•File warehouse management related information appropriately and timorously.
•Picking of orders from Nelspruit store point.
•Correctly packing of orders for collection, delivery or courier collection.
•Preparing of all documents and waybills for courier collections in such a manner that reference.
•Efficiently and accurately check all stock received from couriers and customers.
•Assist with offloading of courier deliveries, checking all boxes for damage and endorsing waybill accordingly.
•Accurate shelving of stock in the correct locations for collection or delivery.
•Ensuring that all stock is handled in the safest possible manner, to avoid any possible damage.
•Contacting all customers for uncollected stock on a weekly basis to cancel orders when necessary.
•Prepare goods for couriers and capture the waybill information in time for the daily collection.
•Assist sales staff with inquiries regarding progress of deliveries or collections.
•Maintain good housekeeping always.
•When necessary can be required to assist Drivers with deliveries.
•Assist clients with heavy goods.
•If requested, stock must be checked (Service stock take) according to times as communicated by the Warehouse Supervisor.
•Reconcile items on the barcode on the outside of the box with items in the box and see that barcodes are the same (observation)
•Damaged stock found need to be reported to goods Warehouse supervisor for follow up with product manager.
•Assist Warehouse Supervisor to check stock from time to time and follow up on discrepancies.
•All available orders are to be picked within set SLA’s
•All orders picked/packed must adhere to operational specifications
•Ensure accurate picking and packing of all orders
•When picking stock, pick from already open boxes, do not open new ones
•All picked stock not used need to be packed away at the correct location daily; it must not be left anywhere else
•Ensure neat/tidy work place
•Ensure deliveries are done timeously and recorded in a delivery book
•Ensure vehicle are maintained in a neat and presentable condition.
•Ensure vehicle log books are being signed and completed.
•Ensure vehicles are checked each time before use according to vehicle check list and report any damage or concerns immediately.
•Ad hoc duties as required by the needs of Warehouse Supervisor and Regional Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Qualification in business administration would be advantageous
•1 years’ administration experience in a similar role at a similar level
