The main purpose of this position is to contribute to the delivery of high quality teaching, learning and research. Provide necessary support for all laboratory activities and assist with the general administration of all departmental activities in a manner that goes beyond that expected of a Laboratory Assistant.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed 3 year Diploma with B Tech/ Honours in Hospitality/ Consumer Sciences and/or Food Services or a degree with Honours in Hospitality/ Consumer Sciences and/or Food Services.
6 Months experience working as a Laboratory Assistant/ Student Assistant in a food preparation laboratory.
