Duties and responsibilities: Course Development • Develop blended/online learning material, activities and assessments with various learning technologies, including, but not limited to, the official Learning Management System (Blackboard) and Question Mark. Customer Support • Provide support towards online/blended learning modules on the official Learning Management System (Blackboard). • Provide troubleshooting and support towards technology in teaching and learning for students at the Blackboard and Question Mark Helpdesk. Training and Development • Provide support in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of student and/or academic staff training within the Curriculum Delivery and Innovation focus area. Administration • Provide general administrative, logistical and research support for various Curriculum Delivery and Innovation projects. • Provide general administrative and logistical support. Inherent requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or a B.Tech degree on NQF level 7. Recommendations: • Previous experience in the use of a Learning Management System or Online assessment system. The following criteria apply to the selection of candidates: • Not currently participating in an existing learnership/internship programme. • Willing to sign a learnership/internship agreement with the UFS. • Candidate must be available for a period of one (1) year. • Postgraduate qualification will serve as a recommendation.
