As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops,and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience on the following deliverables:
Health & Safety Compliance
Undertake various projects aligned to the outcomes of this programme , and further lead and contribute to initiatives and programmes in both property and facilities management including:#
Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation
Natural Capacity Management and Optimization
Sustainability Risk Management and Opportunity Assessment
Innovation and Integrated Sustainability Reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other Engineering Related Stream.
National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged.
Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage
Some vocational experience would be an added advantage
