Description:
The Individual in the role is required to support the internal Sales Team by managing advertising placements, ensuring accurate order processing, maintaining client relationships and assisting in the seamless execution of sales operations.
Application Management and Administration:
Provide efficient support to internal teams and clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
Manage and process incoming client orders and flighted applications across platforms.
Recommend alternative programming options to optimize revenue.
Ensure and verify client contracts and order confirmations for billing.
Document application changes and reissue confirmations as necessary.
Load flight codes and coordinate timely material delivery to the Transfer department.
Reporting
Pull daily, weekly, monthly report as per clients request and tracking purposes.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate is essential.
Bachelors Degree in Media Studies
Experience
1 Year in Advertising/ Sales
Drivers License is recommended
Microsoft office suite- Intermediate
