Vacancy 3- Supply Chain Management Intern 

The South African Pharmacy Council invites applications for internships as advertised for a period of twelve (12) months.

Division: Supply Chain Management

Stipend: R7 280

Requirements: Advanced Program in Supply Chain Management/National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics

Competencies:

knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, ability to work under pressure, good verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing quotations

• Assist with preparing & sending purchase orders

• Assist with receiving supplier deliveries

• Issue and monitor stock

• Assist with receipting supplier invoices on Accpac

• Conduct regular/weekly stock audits

• Tagging and/or labelling of assets

• Conduct regular physical assets verification

• Maintenance of electronic filing weekly

• Reports to the Supply Chain Management Controller on all matters regarding KPAs
