The purpose of this role is to assist the Procurement department with administrative responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Costing for Goods Received. • Preparation of seed export / import shipping documentation. • Parent seed for off-shore productions forwarded to growers within required time frames. • The most cost effective and efficient transport is arranged for the collection and delivery of off-shore products to the company. • Reconcile Courier accounts. • GI of stock for payment purposes • Increase of packaging orders as and when required. • Obtain documentation (import permits/authorizations) Department of Agriculture. • General Administration for Procurement


Requirements: REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric

  • Purchasing / Logistics Diploma (Ideal)

  • Procurement Seminars

  • Computer Literacy

  • Costing Course

  • 2 - 3 year procurement administration experience
