Lending Products and Digital Graduate Banking If you enjoy being part of a multi-disciplinary team that works in an autonomous, lean and agile way to deliver customer value and excellent customer experience in response to competitive and disruptive market environment, then this programme is for you. The Solutions Engineering team’s focus is on customer needs and experience practicing human-centred design. They integrate business and IT to provide desirable change that is feasible and economically viable. The teams are organised into Customer Journeys. Customer Journey is defined as the complete sum of experiences that customers go through when interacting with our organisation and brand. Instead of looking at just a part of a transaction or experience, the customer journey documents the full experience of being a customer. As a graduate you will placed into one of the Customer Journey teams looking after lending solutions for individuals, businesses (including small enterprises) or Home Services. You will be placed into the role of Solution Subject Matter Expert which will expose you to the following: How to assimilate value stream maps and provides visualization for client journeys, including identifying value and non-value add steps, customer pain points and relationship with IT systems Developing proposed targeted end state client journey views Work with solution architect to establish technology feasibility of all proposed features to ensure alignment with broader IT architecture Learn what input and how to provide it into specifications for system functions, information flows, data loads in collaboration with technical teams Ensuring rapid proto-typing of features / solutions together with User Experience (UX and IT) Review performance of deployed solutions and identifies enhancements Conduct customer /user acceptance testing criteria and solution testing The graduates will also rotate into Product Economics teams to Client Solution teams to learn about designing and developing portfolio fees and interest pricing strategy in alignment with lending products strategy; methods of exploring, mining and packaging industry, competitor and business insights utilising key metrics such as price elasticity, market share, take-up rates etc. Financial modelling, revenue assurance and return of investment analysis as it applies to Lending Products.
