LOCATION Free State Province: Provincial Office(Bloemfontein)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide office administrative support to the Provincial Office.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Coordinate Provincial Manager diary and provide secretarial support
Coordinate travel arrangements for the province
Maintain electronic and manual filing system
Perform provincial compliance reporting and support tasks
Provide administrative support to the provincial office
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric(NQF Level 4) and a three year qualification (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration, Business Administration Business Management
and/or Secretarial Diploma
