REPORTING TO Provincial Manager – Western Cape
JOB GRADE Stipend per Month R4 000

LOCATION Western Cape
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the internship programme is to provide appropriate and relevant work experience which is in line with the intern’s qualification.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Define incident and service request classification schemes
Record, classify and prioritise requests and incidents
Verify, approve and fulfil service request
Investigate, diagnose and allocate incidents
Resolve and recover from incidents
Close service requests and incidents
Track status and produce reports
First Line support
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
Matric (NQF level 4) and a three year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6) in Information Technology or Computer Science or Information Systems (NQF Level 6)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Not applicable – work experience exposure programme
