JOB TITLE Branch Administration - Intern

DURATION Twelve(12) Months Contract

REPORTING TO Branch Manager – Overberg Branch, Hermanus

JOB GRADE Stipend per Month R4 000

DIVISION Enterprise Development Division

LOCATION Western Cape


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The purpose of the internship programme is to provide appropriate and relevant work experience which is in line with the intern’s qualification.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS  Manage Switchboard and Reception area

 Provide asset Management, implement effective filing system in the Branch including management of pool vehicle

 Provide administrative services and handle face to face enquiries from visitors


REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION

 Matric (NQF level 4) and a three year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6) in Business Management or Secretarial diploma (NQF Level 6)


REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Not applicable – work experience exposure programme Able to demonstrate

 Knowledge of secretarial duties

 Knowledge of MS Office packages
