OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide the complete end to end support to AVSEC Risk specialist in the development and implementation of aviation security risk management framework. By providing technical/administrative support in the Risk and data analysis functional area within the aviation security risk area, through gathering appropriate data and information for analysis purpose to identify trends in support of the risk based oversight model.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
•Assist: In the Implementation of an effective aviation security risk.• Analysis: Analyse data to identify potential security risk and vulnerabilities.• Maintain: Risk assessment model and framework.• Monitor: Monitoring of industry security conditions and emerging trends.• Maintain: Aviation security risk data in database.• Visualization: Create simple data visualizations (e.g., charts) to help convey key findings.• Reporting: Support the generation of reports and presentations.• Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced data analysts and cross-functional teams.• Learning: Seize the opportunity to learn from mentors and access learning resources.• Problem-Solving: Contribute to solving risk and data-related challenges within the security context.• Communication: Develop your communication skills by sharing insights and seeking guidance.• Quality Assurance:Assist in verifying risk and information accuracy and analysis processes.
OUTPUTS/ DELIVERABLES
•Maintain security risk database.•Monitor operators’ risk profile. •Data Auditing •Data Visualisation •Produce monthly reports and presentations.•Perform office administration responsibilities i.e., prepare minutes.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related NQF 7 Qualification
Ideal Requirements
Honor's Degree and Security Management/ Data Analyst /Compliance certificate
Experience
1 year - Risk Management Experience
