DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Safely transport food orders to designated locations within specified time frames.

2. Handle items with care to prevent damage during transit.

3. Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize time and fuel efficiency.

4. Utilize GPS systems and maps to navigate through traffic and reach destinations on time.

5. Conduct regular inspections of the motorbike to ensure it is in good working condition.

6. Report any mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance needs to the employer.

7. Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the road.

8. Use appropriate safety gear, including helmets and reflective clothing when required.

9. Provide courteous and professional service to customers, ensuring a positive delivery experience.

10. Handle customer inquiries and address any delivery-related issues promptly.

11. Properly load and secure items on the motorbike to prevent damage or accidents during transit.

12. Assist with unloading items and verifying the accuracy of deliveries.

13. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, addresses, and any issues encountered.

14. Complete delivery logs, receipts, and any necessary paperwork.

15. Maintain clear communication with dispatchers or supervisors regarding delivery schedules and any changes or delays.

16. Report accidents, incidents, or emergencies promptly.

Requirements:

1. Valid motorbike driver's license.

2. Must have previous experience working as a Scooter Driver delivering food.

3. Strong navigational skills and ability to plan efficient routes.

4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

5. Strong customer service and communication skills.

6. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
