Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities Consistently deliver on all service level agreements. Deliver quality, cost effective service and support on time. Awareness, focus and control of cost/budget. Accept and implement technical expertise and advice in order to improve business performance. Effective use of technical / operating systems and models. Produce new value adding services and product delivery that transform an aspect of the business. Establish and ensure that professional standards for service provision are met (Policies, practices, standards, procedures and methods: application and review). Ensure values driven behaviour and personal development and effectiveness is carried out. Leadership accountabilities to reach results (where applicable). Support and promote company vision, values and goals. Adhere to performance agreement and align and develop expertise in others. Improve personal technical and specialist skills and knowledge. Ensure that work and project plans meets the technical and professional objectives. Analyse recommendations and problems and design solutions and implement them effectively. Progress monitoring, reporting and corrective action: adapt to changing business environment and work requirements, solve problems and provide data on time. Make a full contribution to statutory compliance and management. Provide efficient and high quality services to internal and external customers. Consistently meet customer and business needs and requirements (Contractor/consultant relationships/management).
