Who are we? Sanlam Group Technology and Information (GTI) is responsible for Group-wide Technology and Information Governance, Technology Architecture oversight and guidance as well as the Group’s Cyber Security oversight and governance. GTI is also responsible for IT Shared services to businesses in the Group which is provided through three units namely Infrastructure-, Application- and Security shared services. The shared service business model is based on commercial principles and the foundation of the model is a constant drive for consolidation, standardisation, automation and optimisation. As such, GTI has accountability for the design and implementation of agreed IT controls, governance frameworks, policies, standards and solutions to ensure business continuity and minimise information security risks.
What will you do? This role is in the Sanlam Group Technology and part of the IT Sourcing, Contracts and Vendor management reporting to Contracts Administrator. This role is important to assist in managing vendors seamlessly, keeping integrity of the contracts and confidentiality of the sourcing process.
What will make you successful in this role? Responsibilities: • Assist in administration of the current Vendor Panel - Vendor accreditation criteria and process. • Assist in the administration of the Tender Process • Assisting in Onboarding of Vendors • Kicking off independent Contractors approval process • Online scanning and filing of contracts using content manager • Assistance in re-contracting process of Vendors and Contractors • Assist in creating Monthly team reports • Sign off of NDA’s for Individuals and Corporations • Ensure all contractual agreements are on file and Content Manager up to date • Manage Vendor correspondence when a need arises • Assist with signing and filing of NDA’s • Assist with compiling Work Schedule’s – contracts
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Legal Administration / Supply Chain Management / Administration
Previous experience in an administration role would be an advantagge
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
