The programme is a permanent role and is designed to help graduates find their feet as they transition into true professionals.

experience and qualifications

  • Graduates who have completed postgraduate degrees in Commerce, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

  • Less than 12 months formal working experience

Additional information and responsibilities

Execute role responsibilities efficiently through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating. Contribute to projects through proactive, innovative and appropriate inputs. Participate in knowledge sharing with peers and stakeholders. Manage own development plan to increase competencies and skills through various channels. Attend and meet all the requirements of the Development Programme as set out by the COE
