Additional information and responsibilities

Play a role in the design of insight driven digital strategies from opportunity identification through to experience definition; Structure and present recommendations to senior leadership; and Provide tactical digital strategies that comply with needs and budgets Drive research and strategy development to create branded concepts and solutions. Constantly be updated on the latest trends within banking, and related industries to ensure solutions and strategies developed are best practice in nature. Evaluate, recommend, and deploy digital technologies that support business goals; Execution management throughout project lifecycle; Partner with internal and external stakeholders that contribute to the acceleration of project execution; Develop business sustainability plan; and Implement benefits tracking mechanism Change champion for digital transformation initiatives Build rapport and networks with stakeholders across the Bank; Build buy-in with different stakeholders for the successful implementation of transformative initiatives/programmes; and digital transformation initiatives.
