SALARY : R228 321.per annum (Level 05), (A basic salary)
CENTRE : Bloemfontein
REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 Certificate and experience within the Public Service environment. Knowledge of record management. DUTIES : Handle record keeping of all incoming and outgoing documents to ensure efficient and effective flow of information. Open, maintain and keep employee files up to date. Maintain an effective record keeping system to ensure safekeeping and access to information. Render an office support service to the Sub-directorate to ensure the smooth running of the Sub-directorate. Render Chief User Clerk functions to the Sub directorate.
