Job Description
Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Report any communication problems to the responsible person
Maintain and update the internal telephone directory
Monitor and control the receiving and satisfaction of visitors and the reception area
Receive, consult and direct visitors in the reception area
Maintain the reception area
Receive, distribute and dispatch mail in the office environment
Arrange courier service as requested
Monitor and control office supplies (stationary)
Monitor and control the maintenance of office equipment
Qualifications & Experience
Matric / Grade 12.
2- 3 year’s experience
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
