QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric required. Post-matric qualification advantageous.

• Experience working with adolescents, especially girls and young women.

• Minimum 2 years in community development activism.

• Understanding of advocacy and commitment to gender equality.

COMPETENCIES

• Self-motivated, detail-orientated, and proactive.

• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Team player with good initiative and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of gender issues and advocacy in social change.

• Familiar with NGO and CBO networks.
