Contract (18 Months).

Stipend:

R6,500.00 per month.

Post Description:

Draft implementation plans and organise students induction;

Facilitate the purchase of training equipment and consumables from suppliers as required by the relevant project;

Offer administrative support to the artisan and learnership training that is conducted in accordance with the relevant qualifications and requirements;

Follow up on the student administration in accordance with the relevant requirements;

Focus on registration, attendance registers, PPE, certification and issuing of certificates;

Make contact with the project manager on a regular basis;

Make sure learning material is in place at all times;

Keep record of learner’s absenteeism and late coming and report to manager;

Follow up queries from learners;

Compile and submit required reports;

Liaise with stakeholders;

Appoint new learners on ITS;

Capture learner data on SETA’s portals;

Record keeping or filing as required;

Attend monthly and quarterly projects meetings;

Evaluation of required documents before any submission;

Other administrative duties that may arise.


Minimum Requirements:

Completed 18 Months Work Experience in a Project Administration environment;


Qualification: Management Assistant or equivalent;

Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
