Short Description / Purpose of Job Assist the Portfolio Manager with administration, programmes and planning of key activities for three focus areas.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities Checking if all items in the CSI and Volunteers mailboxes have been dealt with and closed-out approx. (800 mails). Monitoring of these inboxes and allocation of request to SI specialist. Tracking of progress of requests allocated and close-out. Preparation of rejection letters or requests for addition information. Submission of SFG applications/cancellations/change of NPO to CAFSA and follow-up to ensure changes are made. Reporting on SFG payroll giving and matching. Coordination and collation of information from Regions to enable reporting – Infrastructure, SFG CSI, environmental etc with SI Managers. Preparation of progress reports. Verifying and requesting due diligence on NPOs, including all supporting documents, ensuring bank letters and tax clearances are up to date. Preparation of payment documents and submission for signature. Follow-up with Chemicals on cost recovery for sanitizer’s and verifying correctness of information. Follow-up with CAFSA on progress made with projects (mobile clinic & cold storage/Rebuild SA/SFG review), verification of information and documents to enable CAFSA procure and pay service providers. Uploading of data and information on SIMS and SIMS testing. Collation and preparation of information required for full/half year reporting, GEC and Board reporting, Sasol in Society, Sustainability reports and BBBEE audits. Tracking of costs and expenditure against amounts in agreements and budgets. Support to SFG and GBVF review and implementation. Schedule meetings and taking of minutes/summary of discussions. Research and monitoring of developments in applicable areas i.e. COVID, volunteering, SFG, CSI, GBVF, environmental, etc. Contract management to ensure implementation partners complies to scope such as CAFSA conducting M&E on mobile clinic and hospital cold storage. Verification of use of equipment/donations for purpose it was granted.
