Position Four (4) Porters
Introduction
Four (4) vacancies exists for Porters based at Life Flora Hospital, reporting to Tshitiso Molusi, Porter Supervisor. The successful candidates will be part of a professional team that is continuously striving for the highest standards of quality in healthcare.
Critical Outputs
Be friendly to all customers
Transport patients from reception to wards and vice versa.
Transport patients from wards to doctor’s rooms & X-ray
Check trolleys for cleanliness and whether in need of repairs (maintain good working condition)
Assist with ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Patient Services Manager during busier periods.
Deliver correspondence to doctor’s rooms as and when required
Requirements
Grade 12
Willingness to work shifts, as well as weekends
Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage.
Physically fit, possess physical strength for heavy boxes, drive and energy
Experience in working in customer service/dealing with customers
Experience in working in healthcare will be an advantage
