Job Advert Summary	ANEW Resort White River is looking for a Porter.   Your role will entail ensuring efficient assistance of carrying guest luggage, providing first-class customer service, showing guests to their rooms and answering any questions they may have about facilities.      The successful candidate will be based in Mpumalanga, White River.
Minimum Requirements	Matric  Tertiary qualification would be an added advantage +2 years experience as a Porter/Driver  Good communication skills and customer service Drivers license with a PDP Observant and proactive Ability to lift heavy objects
Duties and Responsibilities	Greet customers politely as they enter the room, project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm and smiling attitude to all employees and customers.         Inform guests of the services and accommodation rates in the hotel. Build good relations with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the hotel.                             To ensure communication and cooperation with relevant departments particularly housekeeping and restaurant.                                             To ensure that enquiries, messages, are dealt with courteously and efficiently.
