POLICY DEVELOPMENT INTERN POLICY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ADVERT REFERENCE NO: PD2025JHB
Purpose of the Job: The Trust is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applicants are invited to apply for the Policy Development Internship and unemployed graduates should be between the age of 18 and 35. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.
Key Performance Areas:
Work based exposure may include the following
Tracking and monitoring of legislative and policy developments in South Africa and the SADC region
Identifying networks, stakeholders, and platforms to engage policy and decision makers
Liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate policy advocacy initiatives and events
Drafting of key legislative and/or policy documents
Compiling of monthly and quarterly reports
Qualifications and Experience.
Certified Grade 12/NQF 4 level certificates.
Certified Copy of Degree in Development Policy, Political Sciences, Economics or relevant Humanities or Social Sciences qualification.
Certified copy of your ID.
Certified copy of Academic Transcript.
Your CV and motivational letter.

The Interns will be awarded a monthly stipend
