DUTIES : Visiting of all schools in jurisdiction. Learner assessment, screening and health education for the Foundation and Senior phases according to School Health Policy. Provision of on-site services according to the policy. Referral of learners with challenges for further management and intervention. Follow up of referred learners. Conduct home visits where there is a need for intervention. Work in partnership with schools and social workers for the benefits of the learners. Attend parent’s meetings to raise awareness about Health Promotion in Schools.
