Job Functions Monitoring & Evaluation

The key performance areas of the role are:
•Capture enrolment and monthly service forms, referral, HIV STAT disengagement and other relevant forms as per process on CBIMS database.
•Capture clinical cascade monitoring form, DREAMS tracker information including viral load information
•Complete daily and weekly data capturing targets as per need of the programme.
•Produce a problem report on data capturing for site and Follow up on Enrolment files and files for re-servicing.
•Conduct data verification, including on site data verification on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.
•Clean the raw data where needed and Update knowledge on program indicators monthly.
•Review data on CBIMS to identify and address any missing data, inconsistencies, discrepancies, or errors.
•Maintain regular contact with CYCW and mentors throughout the month to check progress on targets, reporting, and any issues of concern.
•Ensure that sub-awardees are well prepared for SIMS assessments by USAID.
•Assist sub awardee staff with the understanding and implementation of the M&E system and to assess data quality, validity and reliability.
•Attend regular M&E workshops, relevant staff enrichment training sessions, meetings and training courses as required.
•Assist with training and technical support of NACOSA and grantee and/or member organization staff on M&E policies, procedures and tools.
•A Matric certificate
•Some additional tertiary qualification in a related field will be highly advantageous
•Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within a data driven environment
•Ability to capture large amounts of data in a fast-paced, high stress environment
•Good computer skills with high levels of Computer literacy- databases, excel intermediate
•Must be Target driven and deadline driven
•Proven ability to coordinate work activities across different functions within a team
•Valid drivers’ license, own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel
