Job Summary Statement

Moolmans offers services across the mining value chain, from shaft sinking, underground development, contract mining and open cut mining, to construction of mine infrastructure. The operating group's experience spans a broad range of commodities and it has worked successfully in remote and challenging locations.

To provide support and assistance with the administrative functionality and implementation of procedures, applications, systems and controls to facilitate the supporting, updating, circulation and maintenance of information from/ to the region, with regards to various activities within the relevant Department.

Minimum Requirements


N. Dip/B Tech, B. Com or other relevant B degree in HR Management completed.

Honours degree will be advantageous


Must have valid Driver’s license & own transport

Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point)

Preference will be given to candidates from the Northern Cape (Kathu and surrounding areas)

Previous experience not compulsory although SAP or similar Payroll Program competency and previous project staffing experience will be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Must have the ability to be developed to perform an Administrative and Support function to Line management and employees, relevant to respective discipline/field of study.
