Job Description Responsible for conducting monthly and quarterly validation reports on performance information. Storing the performance reported information and supporting documents of reported performance information for the LGSETA. Assists in following up on progress before specified due dates by collecting data/information relating to reporting the projects progress and organisational performance information, distributes project progress reports and organisational performance information timeously and consistently to all relevant parties ( monthly, quarterly and annually ) and advises M&E senior manager of possible non-deliverables, looming problems and resource issues. Manage and organize all administrative and logistical arrangements for the unit .Schedules and reminds the provincial team and executive managers of important reporting dates
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate
* Degree in Business Management/Administration /Public Administration - Ideal: Degree in Business Management/Administration /Public Administration (NQF 7) Minimum of two years’ administrative support experience - *At least 1-year work experience in a Monitoring and Evaluation environment.
