We're excited to bring back the iTOO Learnership Programme, a 12-month structured learning journey designed to equip young South Africans with the key skills and industry knowledge required in the insurance sector.

Duration: 1 October 2025 – 30 September 2026

This initiative is part of our commitment to tackling youth unemployment and nurturing the next generation of insurance professionals.

What’s in it for you?

1. Real-World Experience:

Gain hands-on workplace exposure with support from experienced mentors and managers.

2. Accredited Qualification:

Earn an NQF Level 5 Short-Term Insurance qualification through a SETA-accredited training provider.

3. Personal Development:

Participate in essential short courses like Work Readiness and Time Management, designed to build confidence and professionalism.
