retrieval of documents. Draw BAS report, analyse and report. Updating of payments register and other

financial records, defacing of payment after payment, draw reports and analyse. Submission of

expenditure voucher to head office

Revenue management: Collection of all monies due to the state, set up accounts, follow up on
