Certified Matric Certificate (If a candidate is doesn't have Matric certificate, Previous Academic report will be required, Grade 9, 10, 11 or Statement and if any can't be provided a written affidavit will be required stating which previous school did the candidate attend and last grade attendant).

3. Certified SA Identity (Age: 18-35)
