Job title: Human Resources Intern (12 Months Internship)

Main purpose of the job: To assist with providing Human Resource services, inclusive of all human resources


Location: Tshepong Hospital, Matlosana

Key Performance Areas

• Facilitate the recruitment and selection process within the unit in conjunction with the relevant line managers.

• Provide advice and facilitation of all facets of industrial relations, inclusive of scheduling disciplinary enquiries, grievances and operational requirements.

• Provide advice and facilitation of the performance management process within the unit, inclusive of probation, performance appraisals and poor work performance counselling.

• Generate all required HR administration within deadlines.

Required minimum education and training

Human Resources Degree/ Diploma

Required minimum work experience

A minimum of one year working experience in a Human Resources Generalist role will be advantageous.

Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• High level of integrity.

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent planning and organizing skills.

• Ability to exercise discretion, work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Must have a high level of customer service orientation and ability to adapt in a consistent changing environment.
