Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Sappi offers a one-year internship opportunity for a recent BCom Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration graduate.
This program provides hands-on, meaningful experience in a wide range of Human Resources functions under the guidance of skilled mentors, helping candidates transition smoothly into the professional world.
Location: Saiccor
The main responsibilities of the job:
- Prepare employment documentation for onboarding of new employees.
- Participate in shortlisting and interviewing of candidates for vacancies.
- Perform HR administration.
- Resolve human resources related enquiries brought by employees.
The ideal candidate must have:
Grade 12/ Matric qualification.
Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
No prior experience required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal will be advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
