What You'll Learn and Do:
Gain insight into the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination.
Develop your communication skills by liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
Build proficiency in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding support.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and career fairs.
Collaborate with HR professionals to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Support HR projects and manage talent pipelines for future opportunities.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (advantageous).
MIE Fingerprint Capturing experience (advantageous).
