HR INTERN HR DEPARTMENT ADVERT REFERENCE NO: HR2025JHB
Purpose of the Job: The Trust is committed to youth skills development by allowing graduates to gain work-based experience. Unemployed graduates are invited to apply for the HR Internship and graduates should be between the age of 18 and 35. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.
Key Performance Areas:
Work-based exposure may include the following:
Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include Administration and coordination of all staff files, Payroll administration, reception relief, etc.
Collating training-related data, including confirmation of training venues and dates
Preparing and compiling interview packs.
Assist with induction and orientation of new staff, compiling welcome and starter packs
Maintaining the HR calendar, assisting HR with scheduling of various programs including performance reviews, etc
Qualifications and Experience.
Certified Grade 12/NQF 4 level certificates.
Certified Copy of a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent.
Certified copy of your ID.
Certified copy of Academic Transcript.
Your CV and motivational letter.

Remuneration
The Interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
