HR Internship at Kagiso Trust for Human Resource graduates

HR INTERN HR DEPARTMENT ADVERT REFERENCE NO: HR2025JHB


Purpose of the Job: The Trust is committed to youth skills development by allowing graduates to gain work-based experience. Unemployed graduates are invited to apply for the HR Internship and graduates should be between the age of 18 and 35. The Internship program will run for a period of twelve (12) months.

 

Key Performance Areas:

Work-based exposure may include the following:

  • Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include Administration and coordination of all staff files, Payroll administration, reception relief, etc.

  • Collating training-related data, including confirmation of training venues and dates

  • Preparing and compiling interview packs.

  • Assist with induction and orientation of new staff, compiling welcome and starter packs

  • Maintaining the HR calendar, assisting HR with scheduling of various programs including performance reviews, etc


Qualifications and Experience.

  • Certified Grade 12/NQF 4 level certificates.

  • Certified Copy of a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent.

  • Certified copy of your ID.

  • Certified copy of Academic Transcript.

  • Your CV and motivational letter.

Remuneration

The Interns will be awarded a monthly stipend.
