PROGRAMME OUTLINE
As a Graduate, you will be exposed to the following:
Replenishment products
Forecasting methodologies and systems
Retail Buying and Planning Cycle
Determine Sales Forecast in consultation with Planning and Buying Teams
Forecast Sales and understand the impact on Stock Management
Prepare forecast and coordinate final sales plan to deliver department sales plans for budget sessions
Monitor distribution of stock to stores
Monitor and manage DC service levels
Analysis of product and store performance
Provide store support and conduct visits
Review store performance and manage exceptions
Conduct and lead In-Season trading sessions to optimise sales performance (stock and sales Meetings)
Interact and integrate with Replenishment Analysts and Planners
Requirements
Have a Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Statistics, Mathematics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management

18 - 33 Years Old
0 - 1 year working experience
Willingness to travel
Driver’s licence (advantageous)
Intermediate level of computer skills (Google Suite or Microsoft Office)
Competencies required: Analytical, systematic, detail orientated, assertive, driven, excellent communication and time management skills, good presentation skills, team player, can cope with periods of high stress and take initiative
