The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who is passionate about designing intuitive, engaging, and inclusive digital experiences. They are empathetic, user-focused, and have a strong interest in how design intersects with technology and business. They are eager to explore the financial services landscape and use design to simplify complex systems and processes, making abstract future-based financial projections concrete and compelling for users.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Portfolio of UX/UI work or relevant design projects (academic or personal) is highly recommended.
Main Accountabilities:
• Assist in designing user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to improve user experience.
• Conduct or support user research and usability testing.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of design systems and accessibility standards.
• Help gather and apply feedback to iterate on design solutions.
