What will you do?
The Segment Administrative Assistant will join the Niche Markets department, which is responsible, among other things, for supporting the Intermediaries business (which provides financial planning products and services to clients) with business intelligence and market insights in relation to identified, niche markets as well as the key accounts (such as government departments and corporates) within these niche markets.
The role will be responsible for:
Building, generating and distributing key account production reports.
Processing payments to vendors on SAP.
Administrating access permit applications made by financial advisers to key accounts.
Re-engineering and/or automating administrative processes (such as the permit application process) to increase efficiencies.
Capturing data relating to key accounts.
Conducting research to unearth key account opportunities.

Qualification and Experience
Successful candidate should be unemployed, between ages of 18-35.
Grade 12
Unemployed graduates who have successfully achieved Matric PLUS a relevant qualification, a
post-school qualification, e.g. degree, postgraduate etc.
Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced Excel: build pivot tables and classic pivot tables, use slicers within pivot tables, and do VLOOKUP’s
