Job Description To ensure the offices and other venues are kept clean in order to create a orderly environment for staff and customers. Requirements

• Grade 10

• 0 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• The suitable candidate should have basic reading and writing skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean the toilets twice daily and ensure housekeeping supplies are stocked;

• Clean the offices once daily;

• Vacuum the offices weekly;

• Wash the windows monthly;

• Wash the carpets quarterly;

• Assist the mail room with preparation of mass mail for distribution purposes;

• Clean the boardrooms and other venues after meetings / functions;

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
