Vacancy 2- Financial Accounting Intern
The South African Pharmacy Council invites applications for internships as advertised for a period of twelve (12) months.
Division: Financial Accounting
Stipend: R7 280
Requirements: National Diploma / Degree in Accounting
Competencies:
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, ability to work under pressure, good verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the processing of supplier invoices/ claims into the accounting system.
Assist in accurately and timely capturing corporate credit card expenditure.
Assist with sending payment notifications to suppliers/ claimants.
Assist with the reconciliation of accounts payable (creditors) against supplier statements.
Assist with weekly electronic filing.
Respond to enquiries regarding areas of responsibility in a way that enhances and promotes the image of the Council.
Report to the Financial Controller on all matters regarding KPAs.
