IBM’s finance organization is instrumental in driving innovative improvements to global financial processes while providing measurable value to the business. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with general finance analysis

• Assist with financial reporting

• Develop finance reporting structure

Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor’s Degree/Honours Degree in Finance or accounting

• General exposure to finance environment (preferable)

• Must have completed introductory accounting courses and have a basic understanding of financial principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Analytical Thinker

• Deadline and results driven

• Maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service

• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
