Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and expertise in human resources practices, policies, and procedures. They will be responsible for handling all administrative aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:1) Recruitment and Selection
Coordinate and participate in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a fair, consistent, and efficient hiring
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations to management on suitable candidates.
2) Employee Relations
Promote positive employee relations by providing guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and objective
Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and fairness.
3) Performance Management
Assist with the development and administration of performance management programs, including performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and employee development
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance-related
Support the implementation of performance improvement plans and monitor
4) Benefits administration
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all documentation is filed and maintained appropriately.
