DEPARTMENT: Facilities Management
DEPARTMENTAL MISSION:
To ensure technical support for the Facilities maintenance (stations, bridges, structures, bulk services and support property) function through effective and efficient utilization of procurement methods, contract management, project management, asset condition assessments and managing safety in the rail environment.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
National Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Building Science
Grade 12 Certificate
Valid Code 08 Driver’s License
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years’ experience (1 year as a trainee Engineering Technician and 1 year working experience)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
Contract/ Project Management & Administration
Provide facilities management support services
Perform site supervision and quality control
Asset Condition Assessment
Provide Technical Support
