Introduction

The primary role of an Intern Developer is to aid other Developers with their day to day development work. The expectation, in terms of up-front work experience is nil, and in many cases, could be purely based on the projects that they worked on during their studies. It is expected that an Intern Developer adopts an attitude of continuous improvement through the tasks that they have been assigned, the training they receive, as well as improvement through self-study. Intern Developers work under the supervision of their Direct Manager as well as the Mentor(s) that they have been assigned to work with.

Requirements

Skills Requirements:

•Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Degree or Diploma in Information Systems

•Microsoft Certifications Advantageous

•Attention to detail

•Able to follow instructions

•Teamwork

•Time management skills

a.Organization: Maintain a clear picture of what you need to complete and when

b.Prioritization: Prioritize tasks with accordance to deadlines

c.Goal Setting: Set targets and goals during planning and development to achieve
