LEARNER ARTISAN VACANCIES
APPRENTICE DIESEL MECHANIC
General Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 - N2 with Math's & Science minimum 50% pass rate MUST HAVE!!
• A Self-motivated person.
• Able to study and complete the program in 2 years.
• Must be able to work shifts.
• 2 years' mining experience underground will be an advantage.
• Relocate to Witbank Hostel facility CTC during the theoretical phase.
• Sober habits.
• No person is to apply for more than one position on list.
• Pass evaluation questionnaire done by a panel of senior employees.
• Proven track record in production, safety, environment and attendance record.
• Application submission date: 31th July 2025 Note that NO CV's will be accepted after this date.
Trade Specific Requirements:
• Grade 12 (only) - With Math's and Science minimum of 50% for each subject.
• N2 (with Grade 12 certificate) With Math's and Science minimum of 50% for each subject. And relevant Trade theory, minimum of 50% as per specific trade.
• Diesel or Motor trade theory N2
Engineering science N2
• Mathematics N2
• Engineering Drawing N2
