Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and other public areas in line with AHRI: Ilala guest house standards and regulations to provide a memorable and comfortable experience for guests while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude, addressing all guest queries politely and knowledgeably and providing superb customer service to our guests.
Overview of duties
Cleaning Services standards are met or exceeded, and area of accountability is maintained as per standard.
Guests and guest house property protected.
Cleaning of Public areas i.e., verandas, gym and staff working areas.
Any other duties as allocated by line manager.
Requirements
1. Grade 12
2. 1 year or more previous guest house cleaning service and/or housekeeping experience
3. 1 year experience using cleaning equipment and products.
