Job Description	Assist in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and interpreting results. Support research and development initiatives related to process improvement. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovative projects. Assist in the optimization of processes, systems, or plant operations. Contribute to technical reports and presentations summarizing findings. Assist operators to enhance the culture of process plant continuous improvement initiatives. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience	Matric BTec in Chemical Engineering MS Office Literate Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental best practices and management systems.
